Background: A high school lunch meeting with BC Education Minister Shirley Bond way back when. Teachers, School Board members and students entering the room sit facing the minister.
Once I heard the questions a student (Tammy) was asking, I knew I was on the wrong side of the room. I moved to show the student’s face instead of the Minister’s.
And was rewarded with the shot after Tammy asked the minister a particularly excellent and hard-hitting question. Tammy’s reaction to minister’s answer was pretty clear.
