A few years ago, one of our fine feathered friends dropped by the backyard birdbath for a drink and a quick dip.
Photographing birds, particularly in flight normally requires a camera that can automatically focus many times per second, adjust exposure many times per second, and a long, fast lens (something close to 800 mm is ideal).
