This bank has a fine new tile roof which was installed this summer and early fall. I noticed during a very early morning walk today that the intensity of the interior light was similar to the not-quite-daylight. So it was a good time to take a photo.
When I had the image on the 27 inch colour calibrated monitor though, I noticed that the phone processing was quite aggressive—for some reason the greys (roof and parking area were too blue and not what I saw). There was no blue in today’s pre-sunrise cloudy sky so I adjusted just that colour. The result is much closer to the fall morning I saw.
On the plus side, the image is clearly an early morning photo with no cars in the parking area and a good look at the building. And because I took the photo from the slightly higher lawn area the verticals in the image did not need to be straightened.
