This is a stone driveway pillar and mounted artwork. Close-up observation—as demonstrated in this image—shows the wooden mounting area and the artwork did not exactly come together. And once seen it’s hard to ‘unsee’ that.
Still, I like the artwork and the post and the branches from a shrub getting in on the action.
Note: I am very pleased with the Canon RF 100-400 zoom lens…an unlikely combination of small size, light weight, ‘low’ cost, large zoom range, and as seen here: ample sharpness.
