Bright, fast-drying road paint was used to repaint the road in front of a playground on a Saanich road. (Kids and kids-at-heart) painted over the work done three years ago (see: Road Flowers).
The flowers are there to remind drivers to slow as they drive by the playground and park.
These photos were taking with a phone camera, handheld at 8:50 p.m. (and lit partially by the LED streetlights one-half hour after sunset). Phones can provide very good handheld images even in low light, particularly if you can support them on a steady object.
