At our Saltspring Island home, this was one of the many visitors that appeared outside our office window.
And this fellow was keeping both eyes on me as I got firewood from the wood shed as well as squeaking in a one-shot portrait session. It’s not often we saw a buck this size on the Island. And rarer still to see one in the snow.
