A visitor and her seven doppelgängers explore tide pools years ago at Botanical Beach on the spectacular west coast of Vancouver Island.
It was great light that day for looking deep (to the bottom) of the tide pools.
But as we were camping nearby and had tons of free time, I wondered about trying a composite image with the camera remaining stationary on a tripod while taking 7 or 8 images with the subject in different spots in the image.
The editing is simple because the background of each photo is fixed and each of the eight shots becomes a layer in the final composite image.
