A few photos taken on a half-hour walk along some of Saanich’s Cadboro Bay area beaches. A rumoured version of the Loch Ness Monster is said to live here… didn’t see it today.
Notes:
1. There are some sets of stairs down to these stretches of shoreline. Best to explore at low tide.
2. Looking for less rock and more sand? There’s a long, sand beach (Parker Beach at Parker Park on Parker Road…you can’t miss it) It’s the second next beach north on the coast. Photo below:
