On our local summit trail, the signature 180 degree view is across Haro Strait and from the Gulf Islands to the north, to Mount Baker to the east and to the Cascades Mountains in the south.
Yesterday I also walked around to the ‘back side’ of the trail with my phone. The image above is taken from the forested trail as it opens southwest to the sun-baked, grassy ‘back’ side.
