Green Point is part of Parks Canada’s Pacific Rim National Parks Reserve. Green point Campground is located 12 km north of the Ucluelet-Tofino junction on Hwy.4, midway between Ucluelet and Tofino.
A most excellent pristine beach and one of my favourite places to take photographs. The photo above was taken at sunrise.

Evening is a special time at Green Point. Often, after the sun drops into the ocean and people head back to the campground—you may find yourself alone with this spectacular vista.

This image was taken with my back to the ocean: the often unnoticed splendour of the west coast shoreline. Taken with my Leica M, a large print version of this image dominates our dining room wall.
