Rock Face at East Point, Saturna Island©

Wandering along Saturna Island’s East Point shore, I came across a rock that looked like a face. It was a sunny, blue western sky, hot mid-summer day…

Technical: At high tide there was very little room between the ocean and this rock to work but I was hoping to get most of the rock in focus, and eliminate all the background except the clear blue western sky. I chose a wide lens, a small aperture (f/22) and an exposure of 1/8 of a second.
